I am going to be honest with you all. I have a bazillion things that I want to share and talk to you all about. Then I get to a point where I want to ensure that I am engaging with everyone and providing a reading that is engaging, and fall behind on everything.

Challenge for July

I wanted to share something exciting with you all—I'm diving into a new chapter of my wellness journey. Starting this month, I've begun shifting from being a Pescatarian to embracing a Vegan lifestyle.

This isn’t definite just yet, but is a challenge to completely cleanse my body. This is to elevate my physical well-being, enhance mental clarity, and enlighten spiritual growth.

This decision is more than just about what I eat; it's about nurturing my physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual connection. I'm eager to explore delicious plant-based recipes, discover new ways to support sustainability and deepen my mindfulness through yoga and meditation.

Goals for July

Not only am I taking care of my physical, mental, and spiritual health by challenging myself to eat clean, meditate, and exercise, but I have also created goals for July.

Writing Goals

-Write more engaging Notes
-Stay consistent with Unspoken Mind Newsletter, 1-2 times a week
-Publish one of my many small book projects

Money-Making Goals

I am still venturing into finding online money-making opportunities. So far, I am learning so much about digital products, affiliate marketing, and content creation.

Creating income online is hard, but there’s enough money to go around and more money to be made. Here are a few things that I have been working on to generate online income.

Conclusion

Overall, it’s important to keep life simple. I am working on that myself so bear with me. I am learning more and more each day, but most importantly I am learning to give myself grace.

I talk with myself and say these statements out loud to put in the universe.

It is ok that things take more time than I want because it’s worth the wait.
It is ok that life has thrown curveballs because I am still winning.
It is ok that I am working daily to create the life that I want and deserve because my destiny is already fulfilled.

Give yourselves grace in everything that you do.
