Namaste Everyone,

Now that July has arrived, I'm happy to share some great news and recent personal achievements. It's been a momentous period—the start of new routines, successes, and artistic endeavors.

Adopting a Vegan Lifestyle

I decided to go cold turkey from being a pescatarian to a vegan. I did this for physical, mental, and spiritual growth.

My Momma always said, “If you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.”

This has so far changed my way of life. After making this change, I'm determined to learn more about the health advantages of plant-based cooking, which has been invigorating.

14-Day Detox

I started this new chapter by committing to a 14-day detox plan, although with some modifications tailored to my needs.

I've been concentrating on nutrition and hydration, and I'm excited to provide my perspective on what I call Hydration Vitality.

I am not the best water drinker and it is very important to ensure that my body is hydrated, especially during these hot months.

Hydration vitality intakes include Watermelon juice, herbal tea, and a crisp cucumber supper. I can already feel my general well-being improving because of how invigorating this routine has been.

Doula Certifications

I am proud to say that I’ve achieved certifications as both a birthing doula and a postpartum doula.

These certifications express my passion, and I'm excited to encourage and support new moms throughout their journey in life.

This was not something that I planned to do. Instead, this was something that I began doing a few months ago. This is my spontaneous career move after 40+ and in-between contracts. However, I must say that no planning and jumping into such a rewarding career that is flexible and I can manage on my own time is the best feeling in the world.

Diving into Writing and Selling

I've been learning about posting and selling on Reddit in addition to these personal achievements.

Establishing connections in the community, sharing my knowledge, and seeing the impact of what I do on others have been rewarding moments.
